Aryx Tools is a free, browser-based PDF toolkit. No account. No installs. No files uploaded to a server somewhere you have never heard of. You open the tool, do what you need to do, and close the tab.

That is the whole idea. PDF work should not require a subscription or a trust relationship with a cloud service. Most of what people need, they need once or twice, and paying monthly for it does not make sense.

What We Built

25 PDF tools, all free, all working without an internet connection once the page loads. The list covers the things people actually search for:

• Merge and split PDFs
• Compress files before emailing them
• Convert between PDF and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG
• Add watermarks, page numbers, signatures
• Protect with a password or remove one
• Run OCR on scanned documents
• Compare two versions of a document

We did not build 200 tools and hide half of them behind a paywall. These 25 work, they are free, and they do not have a catch.

Why No Upload

Most online PDF tools upload your file to their server, process it there, then send it back. That is fine for most documents, but if your PDF contains anything sensitive, a contract, an invoice, a medical record, you probably do not want it sitting on a server you do not control.

All processing on Aryx Tools happens inside your browser using JavaScript libraries. The file never leaves your device. We do not have access to it, and we do not store it.

Who This Is For

Anyone who occasionally needs to do something with a PDF and does not want to install software or sign up for a service just to do it. Students, freelancers, office workers, people handling documents at home.

If you use PDF tools every day at a professional level, dedicated desktop software will serve you better. But for most people, most of the time, a fast browser tool is enough.
